下面的团队成熟度模型,来自于管理3.0 基金会负责人Ralph van Roosmalen的书,《The Art of Teams》,从六个维度提出30个问题,让我们可以来判断当前团队的成熟度如何。


Impact 影响

  1. You know which people or processes are affected by the value your team creates.
    你知道团队创造的价值会影响哪些人或者流程。

  2. You are proud of and motivated by the impact your team is making.
    你对团队产生的影响感到自豪,并被其所激励。

  3. You understand how the value created by your team links to the purpose of your team.
    你知道团队创造的价值和团队目标之间的关联关系。

  4. You understand how the goals of your team link to the goals of the organization.
    你知道团队的目标和组织的目标之间的关联关系。

  5. You can describe the purpose of your team in your own words.
    你可以用自己的话来描述团队的目标。

Clarity 清晰

  1. You can explain the norms in your team to a new team member easily.
    你很容易就能够向团队的新人解释团队的规范。

  2. You know which skills and experiences are available in your team.
    你知道团队中哪些技能和经验是可用的。

  3. It is clear and transparent how decisions are made in your team.
    在团队中如何做决定,是清晰透明的。

  4. You know the values of your team and they are supported by all your team members.
    你知道团队的价值观,且被所有团队成员所支持。

  5. Your team has clear and realistic goals for the upcoming months.
    你的团队对于下个月有清晰且实际的目标。

Results 结果

  1. Your team is often in connection with stakeholders to understand their needs.
    你的团队会经常联系利益相关者,以了解他们的需求。

  2. You celebrate small and big successes regularly in and with the team.
    你会经常在团队中和大家一起庆祝大大小小的成功。

  3. There is also a focus to increase the happiness of your team.
    在团队中大家会关注如何提升幸福感。

  4. Your team has metrics can inspire your team to take action.
    你的团队拥有能够激发团队采取行动的评价体系或标准。

  5. You have regular sessions to discuss how to improve as a team.
    你会定期召开会议讨论如何提升团队。

Reliable 可靠

  1. All team members believe all members contribute as much as they can to the value created.
    所有团队成员都相信,所有人已经竭尽所能地创造价值。

  2. Team members keep team members informed about (lack of) progress on tasks.
    团队成员会彼此知会任务的进展情况。

  3. Your team always speaks with one voice to the outside world after decisions are made.
    在做出决定之后,你的团队会对外保持一致的声音。

  4. The requests made by stakeholders to your team are realistic.
    利益相关者对团队做出的要求是切合实际的。

  5. Your team is able to live to the promise of value delivery.
    你的团队能够信守对于价值交付的承诺。

Conflicts 冲突

  1. You have regular discussions with your team on how to execute a task.
    你和团队会经常讨论如何执行任务。

  2. Team members accept each other as they are, no judging based on culture, personality, etc.
    团队成员会彼此相互接纳,而不是基于文化、性格等来做判断。

  3. Conflicts are always resolved asap with all relevant team members involved.
    冲突总是会和所有相关的团队成员尽快解决。

  4. You and other team members are aware of how they feel about conflicts.
    你和其他团队成员都知道对冲突的感受。

  5. Your team has an agreement on how to deal with conflicts in your team.
    你的团队对于如何处理冲突有一致的意见。

Trust 信任

  1. There is full transparency in your team on work-related topics.
    在团队中,关于工作相关的话题有完全的透明度。

  2. You know personal things (like hobbies, family, music preferences, etc) from your team members.
    你知道其他团队成员的个人情况(像兴趣、家庭、音乐喜好等)。

  3. Team members feel safe to admit mistakes and share successes.
    团队成员在承认错误和分享成功的时候都会感到安全。

  4. Team members take time to talk about other things than just work-related topics.
    团队成员会花时间谈论其他事情,而不仅仅是与工作相关的话题。

  5. All team members feel comfortable in giving each other feedback.
    所有团队成员对于彼此给予反馈都会感觉很舒服。
